Characteristic
- Perfect bleaching, elevation of quality
This system have two kind of cyclone , and these cyclones generate centrifugal force to bleach bean jam particles. Highly efficient Cyclone drives in low pressure ,so bean jam particle never be destroyed ,but small skins and starch will be separated perfectly and exhausted from the drain port. So a bean jam particle is washed clean with water and bleached perfectly. You can get good taste of the fresh bean jam.
- Increase output
Normal bean jam particles is collected by cyclones completely, so output of bean jam will increase.
- A sharp cut of the volume of water
This system makes possible to decrease the quantity of water to bleach the raw bean jam with chilled water in you factory. You can decrease more 50% of the water than the past systems.
- Shorten times in production
In the past bleaching process you have done to [ supply water in the tank -> mixing -> deposition -> overflow to discharge water] two or three times again to wash the particles. This machine release you from that difficult workings ,and do the bleaching bean jam juice clean at once . And you can easily do the next press process.
You can save about 40 - 80minutes per one process, and then save the time of pressing, about a half. - You can watch the volume of water by the flow-meter
At first you only adjust the level of flow-meter by the control valve. You can see and confirm always the volume of water for bleaching.
- Easy to disjoint and wash.
You can wash inner of the machine to pump the water up in the circuit easily and quickly. Distribution is made by sanitary joints, so you can disjoint and wash easily.
